Stefan Rinke (born 1965) is a historian who held a professorship in Latin American history at the Institute for Latin American Studies and the Friedrich Meinecke Institute of Freie Universität Berlin from 2005 onward. His publications include Geschichte Lateinamerikas, Revolutionen in Lateinamerika, Kleine Geschichte Chiles, Kleine Geschichte Brasiliens, co-authored with Frederik Schulze, and Conquistadoren und Azteken.
