Bettina Kerwien

Bettina Kerwien was born in Berlin and studied American Studies and Journalism at Freie Universität Berlin. She worked as the managing director of a steel construction company and published crime fiction. Her works include the Berlin crime novel *Mitternachtsnotar* and several volumes in the series *Es geschah in Berlin*, including *Au revoir, Tegel* (2019) and *Tot im Teufelssee* (2020). She also wrote several cases featuring Detective Inspector Peter Kappe.
