Volker Weichsel (born 1973) worked as a Slavicist, political scientist, editor of the journal OSTEUROPA, and translator. He translated, among other languages, from Russian, French, and Czech. His translations include Artur Klinau’s “Eight Days of Revolution: A Documentary Journal from Minsk” and Olga Shparaga’s “The Revolution Has a Woman’s Face,” both published by Suhrkamp.
