Sophia Hoffmann

Sophia Hoffmann is a chef, author and restaurateur. She has published four cookbooks, addressing climate protection, sustainability and feminism in her books and public work. Her notable titles include *Zero Waste Küche* and *Die kleine Hoffmann: einfach intuitiv kochen lernen*, both of which received the silver medal from the Gastronomische Akademie Deutschlands. Her cooking is vegan and focuses on regional and seasonal ingredients. Hoffmann has also worked as a speaker and consultant. In 2022, her work was portrayed in the 45-minute documentary *Fine Food Stories*.
