Kristina Lunz

Kristina Lunz (born 1989) is a German author, entrepreneur and human rights activist. She studied at University College London and the University of Oxford, where she completed a degree in Global Governance and Diplomacy. Her professional work included positions with the United Nations in New York and Yangon, work for an NGO in Bogotá, and advisory work for Germany’s Federal Foreign Office. In 2018, she co-founded the Centre for Feminist Foreign Policy (CFFP) and served as its CEO. She also became known for campaigns including “Nein heißt Nein” and “Stop Bild Sexism.” Her distinctions include being named to Forbes’ “30 Under 30” list in 2019 and receiving the German Start-up Award as “Impact Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2024. Her books include *The Future of Foreign Policy Is Feminist* (2022) and *Empathy and Resistance* (2024); she also contributed to the anthologies *Unlearn Patriarchy* and *Unlearn CO2*.
