Reinhard Mohr

Reinhard Mohr (born 1955) studied sociology at Goethe University Frankfurt, graduating with a diploma. From 1979 to 1982, he served as chair of the university’s student association. He subsequently worked as an editor for the alternative magazine Pflasterstrand and for the newspapers taz and Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung. From 1996 to 2004, Mohr was an editor at the news magazine Der Spiegel; he later wrote for, among others, Stern. Alongside his journalism, he wrote cabaret texts for Michael Quast and Matthias Beltz. His books include Zaungäste (1992), Das Deutschlandgefühl (2005), Meide Deinen Nächsten (2010), and Bin ich jetzt reaktionär? Bekenntnisse eines Altlinken (2013).
