Michael Serrer

Michael Serrer was born in Dorsten in 1960. He studied German literature, philosophy and political science and held teaching appointments at several universities. His publications appeared, among others, in Die Zeit, the Neue Zürcher Zeitung and FAZ.NET. He served as an adviser to EXPO 2000 and edited more than 40 books. From 1998 onward, he headed the Literaturbüro NRW.
