Johannes Bauer

Johannes Bauer (born 1975) is an educational researcher with a PhD. He has worked as a Privatdozent at the Technical University of Munich and as a professor of educational research and methodology at the University of Erfurt. His research has focused on teacher professionalization, professional and workplace learning, higher and teacher education, the reception and communication of scientific knowledge, and digitalization in higher education. He has also published numerous scholarly articles and book chapters on learning from errors in the workplace.
