Enrico Ippolito (born 1982) is a journalist and author. From 2011 to 2015, he worked for the Berlin daily newspaper taz, and from December 2015 to November 2020 he headed the culture section at SPIEGEL ONLINE. His debut novel, Was rot war, was published in 2021 and was nominated for the Rauris Literature Prize. He has also published several short stories, including “Beleidigung” in the anthology Eure Heimat ist unser Albtraum.
