Ariela Sarbacher

Ariela Sarbacher was born in Zurich in 1965 and trained as an actor at the Zurich Academy of Dramatic Arts. She worked as an actress until 1997, including at Heidelberg Municipal Theatre and the Bremen Shakespeare Company; eight years of her theatre career were spent in Germany. After the birth of her two daughters, she trained as a taiji, qigong and Pilates instructor in England, Germany and Switzerland. As a writer, she published the novel “Der Sommer im Garten meiner Mutter” (2020) and the diary “Der gebremste, der bewegte Frühling, und jetzt ist es Sommer”.
