Ulrike Winkler

Ulrike Winkler (born 1966) is a political scientist with a doctorate. She studied political science, law and education at Philipps-Universität Marburg and works as a freelance researcher. Her publications address the history of diaconia as well as the contemporary and social history of the Federal Republic of Germany.
