Tsoknyi Rinpoche

Tsoknyi Rinpoche, born in Nepal in 1966, is a Tibetan Buddhist teacher and author. In his youth, he was recognized as the reincarnation of a prominent lama and received extensive monastic training. He later renounced his vows, married, and started a family. As a meditation teacher, he gave seminars and lectures internationally. Four of his books have been translated into eleven languages.
