Tom Rachman

Tom Rachman was born in London in 1974 and grew up in Vancouver. He worked as a foreign correspondent for the Associated Press in Rome, reporting from countries including Japan, South Korea, Egypt and Turkey. He later served as an editor at the International Herald Tribune in Paris. His debut novel, *The Imperfectionists*, achieved international success after its publication.
