Tilman Krause

Tilman Krause was born in Kiel in 1959. He studied German and Romance languages and literatures, as well as history, political science and art history, in Tübingen, Paris and Berlin. He began his journalistic career in the arts and culture section of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung and later worked for the Tagesspiegel. In 1998, he became an editor at Literarische Welt and was involved in establishing its renewed edition.
