SchwarzRund is a Black German-Dominican author. Since 2013, SchwarzRund has published prose, poetry, and essays, including on the blog schwarzrund.de and in magazines and anthologies. The novella “Quasi” was published in 2015, followed by the Afroqueer novel “BISKAYA” in 2016. In performances, lectures, and workshops, SchwarzRund addresses disability, fatness, queerness, and resistance. SchwarzRund’s short stories, essays, interviews, and newspaper articles have appeared in various anthologies.
