Robert H. Lustig

Robert H. Lustig is a physician with a doctorate in medicine who was a professor of pediatrics in endocrinology at the University of California, San Francisco. He specialized in neuroendocrinology, the study of the relationship between the hormonal and nervous systems. His first book, *Die bittere Wahrheit über Zucker* (*The Bitter Truth About Sugar*), was successfully published in the United States and Germany.
