Riccardo Altieri

Riccardo Altieri (born 1987) studied history and German studies in Würzburg and earned a doctorate at the University of Potsdam with a dual biography of Rosi Wolfstein and Paul Frölich. From 2016 onward, he worked at the Johanna Stahl Centre for Jewish History and Culture in Lower Franconia, taking over its management in 2022. He also taught as a lecturer at the universities of Würzburg and Bamberg. His research interests include the history of the labor movement, biography, Jewish history in Lower Franconia, and classism in academia.
