Oliver Wurm

Oliver Wurm (born 1970) studied sports and journalism at the German Sport University Cologne. He worked as an editor for Sport-Bild and Max and founded the football magazine Player in 2005, serving as its editor-in-chief. In 2009, he co-founded Juststickit, which published more than 50 Panini albums about cities and regions. His other projects include the magazine series Fußballgold, a magazine edition of Germany’s Basic Law, and the poetry series Dreizehn plus 13 Gedichte. In 2020, Wurm was awarded the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany for his commitment to democracy and the rule of law.
