Dieter Braun

Dieter Braun is an illustrator and children’s author. He studied communication design at the Folkwangschule in Essen and worked as a freelance illustrator for international media and publishers, including The New York Times, Time Magazine, Stern, Geo, Die Zeit and WWF Magazine. He is particularly known for his animal illustrations and nonfiction books about animals, including The World of Wild Animals, which has been translated into eleven languages.
