Manfred Papst

Manfred Papst, born in Davos in 1956, studied Sinology, German studies, art history and history in Zurich. He worked for the Neue Zürcher Zeitung for 33 years, initially as publishing director of the NZZ book imprint and later as culture editor and feuilleton editor of NZZ am Sonntag. In 2015, he received the Alfred Kerr Prize for Literary Criticism. He also wrote numerous publications on literature and music.
