Kirsten Mahlke

Kirsten Mahlke (born 1972) is a literary scholar and Romance philologist. She has taught and conducted research at the University of Konstanz, working on Latin American and French-language literatures and cultures, with a particular focus on the early colonial period. Her research has also addressed narratives of disappearance in post-dictatorial Argentina, fantastic literature, colonial entanglements, and the relationship between science and fiction.
