Katharina Martl

Katharina Martl (born 1987) is a translator from English and the mainland Scandinavian languages. She has translated works by authors including Susan Choi, Sanam Mahloudji, Ingeborg Arvola, and Suzie Miller into German. In 2023, she held a guest lectureship in literary translation at the Munich Institute of Nordic Philology. She has received the Bavarian Arts Sponsorship Award in the literature category and the Literature Scholarship of the City of Munich.
