Kai Haferkamp

Kai Haferkamp is a lawyer and author of board games and children’s books. He began developing games while studying law. Over the course of his career, he published more than 150 games as well as numerous children’s books, becoming particularly known for his game adaptations of well-known works of children’s literature. In 2005, he received the Kinderspiel des Jahres award for the game Das kleine Gespenst, based on Otfried Preußler’s children’s book of the same name. His publications also include Christmas books and detective, crime, and puzzle stories.
