Janna Steenfatt

Janna Steenfatt, born in Hamburg in 1982, studied at the German Institute for Literature in Leipzig. Her debut novel, *Die Überflüssigkeit der Dinge*, was published in 2020. Steenfatt has received numerous residency fellowships and was a participant in the Klagenfurt Literature Course. She also took part in the 19th Open Mike and worked as a moderator for various film festivals.
