Hendrik Cremer (born 1971), Dr. jur., is a German lawyer. He worked at the German Institute for Human Rights, focusing on racism and right-wing extremism. Earlier, he practiced law in the fields of immigration and social law. His doctoral dissertation examined the legal status of unaccompanied refugee minors under the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Cremer has authored numerous scholarly publications and was repeatedly invited to testify as an expert before the German Bundestag and state parliaments. In 2019, he served on the Independent Commission on Antigypsyism, whose final report was published in 2021.
