Heini Grandi

Heini Grandi studied history and German studies, earning a Magister degree. He was closely involved in the development and promotion of fair-trade shops in Italy and was one of the founding members of CTM Altromercato in 1988, a major fair-trade organization. He served as its president until 1998 and took over the management of its subsidiary Ctm Agrofair in 2005. He also worked in the cooperative sector, including with Legacoopbund and the consumer cooperative Koncoop.
