Eckhard Frick

Eckhard Frick SJ (born 1955) studied medicine, philosophy, and theology. He joined the Society of Jesus in 1986 and was ordained a priest in 1992. He is a specialist in psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy, a psychiatrist, and a psychoanalyst, with training in the analytical psychology of C. G. Jung. Frick was a professor of anthropological psychology at the Munich School of Philosophy and a professor of spiritual care and psychosomatic health at the Technical University of Munich.
