Bryan Konietzko

Bryan Konietzko is an American writer, director, producer, editor, and artist. Together with Michael Dante DiMartino, he co-created the animated series “Avatar: The Last Airbender,” contributing to its production in several roles. The two also worked together on its sequel, “The Legend of Korra.” Konietzko and DiMartino met at a Halloween party in 1995 and became close friends and creative partners.
