Berthold Over

Berthold Over is a musicologist. From 2023 to 2024, he was a visiting research fellow at Goldsmiths, University of London, and worked as a research associate at the Zentrum für Telemann-Pflege und -Forschung in Magdeburg. Between 2009 and 2021, he participated in international research projects at the universities of Greifswald and Mainz. His research included the eighteenth-century pasticcio, the mobility and migration of music and musicians, and the Roman cantata in the era of Handel. Over discovered previously unknown autographs by Vivaldi, Handel, and Mahler.
