Bernd Lutz

Bernd Lutz is a pastoral theologian who was a professor of pastoral theology at the SVD Philosophical-Theological University of the Society of the Divine Word in Sankt Augustin, Germany. He also taught pastoral theology and catechetics at the Archdiocesan Institute for Deacons in Cologne. He served as spiritual adviser to the German federal association of IN VIA, a Catholic organization for social work with girls and women, and worked as a parochial assistant in the Cologne districts of Rodenkirchen, Weiß, and Sürth. His academic experience includes numerous research stays abroad, particularly in the United States.
