Barbara Glauert-Hesse

Barbara Glauert-Hesse studied German and American studies in Mainz, Berlin, and the United States. She subsequently worked as a radio editor and publishing editor in Mainz and Frankfurt am Main. On behalf of the German Schiller Society, she catalogued the papers of Yvan and Claire Goll in their Paris archive together with Claire Goll. After Claire Goll’s death, she continued working on the Goll estates at the German Literature Archive in Marbach and in Saint-Dié-des-Vosges, France. She also arranged for works by Paul Celan and Gisèle Celan-Lestrange to be included in an exhibition at the Gutenberg Museum in Mainz.
