Audrey Niffenegger

Audrey Niffenegger (born 1963) is a writer and visual artist. She became widely known for her novel *The Time Traveler’s Wife* (2004), which was translated into numerous languages and adapted as a 2009 film starring Rachel McAdams and Eric Bana. A six-part HBO series based on the novel followed in 2022. Her other publications include the novel *Her Fearful Symmetry* (2009) and the anthology *Katzen und Gespenster* (2017).
