Alena Vogel

Alena Vogel (born 1988) studied Finno-Ugric studies, Nordic philology or Scandinavian studies, and German linguistics in Munich and Turku. She worked as a freelance translator and as a teacher of German as a foreign language and Finnish, translating from Finnish and English. In 2019, she won second place in the literary prize of the Nuremberg cultural centers with a contribution of poetry.
