Wolfgang Kraushaar

Wolfgang Kraushaar (born 1948) is a political scientist who holds a doctorate. He studied political science, philosophy and German studies and worked at the Hamburg Institute for Social Research from 1987, later at the Hamburg Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Culture. His research has focused on protest movements, the 1968 movement, left-wing terrorism and the Red Army Faction (RAF). His major publications include “Die Protest-Chronik,” “Frankfurter Schule und Studentenbewegung,” “Die Bombe im Jüdischen Gemeindehaus,” “Die RAF und der linke Terrorismus” and “Die 68er-Bewegung international.”
