Willard van Orman Quine

Willard van Orman Quine (1908–2000) was a philosopher and a major representative of 20th-century analytic philosophy. From 1948 onward, he taught at Harvard University, where he remained until his retirement. His areas of work included metaphysical questions and engagement with logical empiricism.
