Wilhelm Weischedel

Wilhelm Weischedel (1905–1975) was a German philosopher. He studied Protestant theology, philosophy, and history in Marburg and received a doctorate in philosophy from Freiburg in 1932. He subsequently taught philosophy as a professor in Tübingen and Berlin. He was granted emeritus status in 1970.
