Wilfrid Lupano

Wilfrid Lupano was born in Nantes in 1971 and spent most of his childhood in Pau. He studied literature and philosophy at the Sorbonne and works as a comic writer and screenwriter. His best-known works include the series “The Old Geezers” (“Les Vieux Fourneaux”), created with Paul Cauuet and awarded the Audience Prize at Angoulême in 2015, and “An Ocean of Love,” created with Grégory Panaccione. Together with Mayana Itoïz, he developed the children’s series “The Wolf in Underpants.” He also wrote the Valerian adventure “Shingouzlooz.Inc” and created “Vikings in the Mist” with his brother Rodolphe, who works under the name Ohazar.
