Walter Sauer

Walter Sauer was a colonel in the German armed forces. Most recently, he served as head of the Leadership Development Division, staff officer for instruction, and course director at the Bundeswehr’s Centre for Leadership and Civic Education (ZInFü) in Koblenz. There, he led the development and implementation of the coaching project “Leadership Support in Military Organizations.” He also served as a participant in the staff of the Multinational Brigade South in Prizren as part of the third German KFOR contingent. Sauer was also deputy chair of the Friends of ZInFü association.
