Walter Kugler

Walter Kugler, born in Landshut in 1948, studied music, education and political science, as well as philosophy. After earning his doctorate, he taught at institutions including the University of Cologne and the Freie Waldorfschule Kassel. In 2008, he became Professor of Fine Art at Oxford Brookes University. For more than three decades, Kugler worked as a scholar on the Rudolf Steiner Complete Edition and served as curator or co-curator of exhibitions of Steiner’s blackboard drawings in Germany and abroad.
