Viktoria von Schirach

Viktoria von Schirach was born in Munich in 1960 and studied Romance languages and literature in Bari, Florence and Rome. She worked as a translator, editor and literary scout, translating texts by, among others, Gianrico Carofiglio, Anna Maria Ortese and Dacia Maraini into German. She also served as editor of the »Gialli tedeschi« series published by Emons edizioni.
