Victor Kloss

Victor Kloss (1980–2016) was a British author and web programmer. He programmed websites by day and wrote at night. He was best known for the children’s series “Royal Institute of Magic.” His enthusiasm for fantasy children’s literature was shaped in part by authors including Enid Blyton, J. R. R. Tolkien, and J. K. Rowling.
