Uwe Wittenfeld

Uwe Wittenfeld was born in 1959 in the eastern Westphalian region of Germany. After completing secondary school, he studied electrical engineering at Ruhr University Bochum and social pedagogy at the Protestant University of Applied Sciences in Bochum. Until around the turn of the millennium, he was a partner in an engineering firm specializing in environmental measurement technology; he subsequently worked as a teacher at a technical vocational college. His publications include several crime novels and short crime stories in anthologies. Wittenfeld is a member of the Syndikat crime writers’ association.
