Ulrich Faure, born in Halle (Saale) in 1954, is a publisher, editor, translator and literary publicist. He worked as an editor for Börsenblatt für den Deutschen Buchhandel and was online editor-in-chief of the trade magazine BuchMarkt until 2017. Faure translates from Dutch. In 1992, he published a history of the Malik publishing house. With Jürgen Pütz, he co-edited Albert Vigoleis Thelen’s correspondence, “Meine Heimat bin ich selbst. Briefe 1929–1953” (2010).
