Traudl Junge

Traudl Junge (1920–2002) was a German secretary and journalist. From late 1942 until April 1945, she worked as Adolf Hitler’s private secretary. After the Second World War, she was held in Soviet captivity but was released after a short time. She later worked, among other roles, as chief editorial secretary for the magazine Quick and as a freelance journalist. Junge died on 11 February 2002 after a serious illness.
