Tove Alsterdal

Tove Alsterdal was born in Malmö in 1960. The Swedish author writes crime fiction that has been published internationally and received several awards. She is known in particular for the trilogy featuring detective Eira Sjödin. Her novel *Storm Red* (*Sturmrot*) won the Swedish Crime Writers’ Academy Award in 2020 and the Scandinavian Crime Prize in 2021.
