Tim Warnes

Tim Warnes, born in Great Britain in 1971, worked as a freelance illustrator from 1993 and as an author and illustrator of children’s books. He published more than 50 books, and his illustrations received several awards. He became particularly known for his appealing picture-book characters. The idea for *Oh, Boris!* came to him during a visit to his son’s school.
