Thor Pedersen, born in 1978 in Kerteminde, Denmark, is a Danish adventurer and public speaker. After training in transport and logistics, he worked in countries including Libya, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and the United States. In 2013, he began a journey with the aim of becoming the first person to visit every country in the world without flying. After almost ten years, he reached the Maldives as the last of 203 countries. His journey earned him several international awards, including the 2023 TRAVELBOOK Award.
