Thomas Schmid

Thomas Schmid was born in Landshut in 1960. He studied literature, theatre and communication studies and worked as a freelance author. In addition to books for children and young adults, he wrote radio stories and screenplays, including for the television series “Marienhof” and the Bavarian Broadcasting Corporation’s satirical children’s programme “Sonntagshuhn”. As a child, he wanted to become either a stuntman or a writer.
