Thomas Ehrsam

Thomas Ehrsam (born 1954) is a Germanist who served as head of the library of the Museumsgesellschaft Zürich until 2014. He wrote his doctoral dissertation on Gottfried Benn and has published work on Benn, Max Beckmann, J. M. R. Lenz, and Thea Sternheim, among others. With Regula Wyss, he edited Thea Sternheim’s diaries; he also edited her correspondence with Gottfried Benn and letters and documents by Friedo Lampe.
