Taavi Soininvaara

Taavi Soininvaara, born in 1966, is a Finnish author. He studied law and worked as chief legal counsel for major Finnish companies before turning to crime fiction. His novel “Finnisches Requiem” was awarded the distinction of best Finnish crime novel. His works include crime novels featuring the investigators Arto Ratamo and Leo Kara, among them “Finnisches Blut,” “Finnisches Inferno,” “Finnisches Roulette,” “Finnische Kälte,” “Schwarz,” “Weiß,” “Rot,” and “Tot.”
